Last updated: July 2026. This app uses only the small amount of storage it needs to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Essential login cookies
- cb_session keeps you signed in to your loyalty card. It is a signed, secure, HttpOnly cookie, which means it cannot be read by scripts and is sent only to Chiya Bari.
- cb_staff does the same for staff and admin sign in.
Without these, you would have to log in on every screen, so they cannot be turned off while you use the app.
2. Preferences (local storage)
We save your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage under cb_theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
3. Offline cache
To let your membership card load quickly and work with a poor connection, the app stores a copy of its screens and your latest card in your browser through a service worker. This stays on your device.
4. No tracking or ads
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third party tracking cookies. Nothing here follows you around other websites.
5. Managing your data
Logging out clears your session cookie. You can also clear this site's data from your browser settings at any time, which removes the saved theme and offline cache.
